Common Questions
How do I log in? Your organization's administrator provides your login credentials. Tap "Log In" on the welcome screen and enter the email and password they gave you.
How do I try the app without an account? Tap "Try a Demo" on the login screen to explore MemberDex with sample data.
How do I update my profile? Tap "My Profile" in the tab bar, then tap "Edit" to update your name, photo, phone, email, website, and any custom fields.
How do I contact a member? Open any member's profile and tap the phone, text, email, website, or directions buttons.
My directory isn't loading. Check your internet connection and try pulling down to refresh. MemberDex also works offline with cached data from your last sync.
How do I delete my account? Contact your organization's administrator to request account deletion. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data from your device.
