Money questions, answered.

What's the setup fee for?
A one-time $300 fee covers the work we do at your kickoff: provisioning your community, importing your initial member list (if you'd like help), branding configuration, an onboarding walkthrough, and reserving your community ID. It's billed once, when your community goes live.
What counts as a "member"?
Active member profiles in your directory plus invited-but-not-yet-accepted invitations. Soft-deactivated members are not counted. Admin accounts are members too if they appear in the directory; they don't count separately.
When am I billed?
The setup fee invoice goes out at provisioning. Subscription billing starts when we activate your subscription (typically right after onboarding) and renews on the same calendar day each period. You'll always have an invoice in your customer portal.
How do quarterly and annual discounts work?
Pay every three months and we apply 5% off; pay annually and we apply 10% off. The discount is applied to the recurring price. The setup fee is a one-time charge and isn't discounted by billing period.
What's the referral discount?
If you refer another community that subscribes, you both get an additional 5% off your recurring invoice for as long as both communities remain active. Only one referral discount applies per community — it doesn't stack with itself, but it does stack on top of quarterly or annual savings.
Can I downgrade or upgrade?
Yes. Move between any of the six plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades require you to be under the new plan's member limit. Stripe pro-rates the change.
Do you offer refunds?
If you cancel within 30 days of activation and tell us why, we'll refund the most recent subscription payment. The setup fee is non-refundable once provisioning is complete.
How are taxes handled?
All listed prices are pre-tax USD. Stripe applies sales tax or VAT where required by the billing address on your account. Your invoices break out the tax line clearly.
Do you accept ACH or bank transfers?
Standard plans run on credit/debit card via Stripe. For larger or annual commitments we can arrange ACH or invoiced bank transfer — just ask.
What happens if I exceed my member limit?
We hold the limit firmly: new invites and additions are blocked with a clear "MEMBER_LIMIT_REACHED" message until you upgrade or remove members. Existing members remain unaffected.
